From what a board has to do, to a board

iElectronics takes a description of what a board has to do and returns the schematic and the routed layout.

What it does

Specification and architecture
State the design intent and get a recommended MCU, memory size and subsystem architecture to work from.
Schematic and pre-layout simulation
Altium-compatible schematics, with automated pre-layout simulation catching logical faults before anything is routed.
Component sourcing against real supply
Parts are matched against live availability, so obsolete components are filtered out rather than discovered at manufacture.
Stackup, impedance and DRC
Automated impedance calculation and layer planning, with design rule checks written to the capabilities of the manufacturer you intend to use.
Signal and power integrity routing
Trace width and spacing adjust to control crosstalk, ground bounce, EMI and ESD, with enclosure and connector constraints folded into placement.
Fabrication output
DFMA checks, then Gerber, drill and 3D files.
