iMechanics · 3D CAD & FEM
Mechanical design that has to fit something
iMechanics takes the parts that have to fit and returns the enclosure that fits them — sealed, cooled, and analysed.
What it does
- Conversational design intake
- Leo behaves like a senior mechanical engineer: it asks about loads, materials, tolerances and manufacturing constraints before producing a design spec you approve and generate from.
- Native 3D viewer
- Orbit, pan and zoom with click-to-select faces and edges, hover tooltips, and Top/Bottom/Front/Back/Left/Right/Iso view presets.
- Measurement and section
- Distance between vertices, edges or faces, plus angle and radius. An arbitrary clipping plane with an on-screen handle slices through the model.
- Transform and materials
- A translate/rotate gizmo on the selected body, and a per-part PBR material palette for ray-traced rendering — anodised aluminium, brushed steel and other finishes.
